OUR RESORTS

Our resorts include a selection of accessible rooms and common areas with features that vary by property and include wheelchair access, first-floor rooms, roll-in showers, grab bars, access ramps, handheld shower heads, and accessible parking.

OUR DIGITAL PARTNER

Red Jacket Resorts uses iHotelier booking engine from Travelclick for online reservations. TravelClick is also committed to digital accessibility and has taken steps to be compliant with current standards. The iHotelier booking engine may be accessed by “JAWS,” the most widely-used screen reader for the visually impaired, and TravelClick continues to improve this booking platform to comply with the WCAG level AA standards.
