DEPOSITS - GUEST ROOMS
A deposit for the first night´s stay is required at the time of reservation. Master Card, Visa & American
Express accepted. We also honor cash, traveler´s cheques and personal checks. Refunds will be made when
cancellation notice is given 10 days prior to arrival, less a $25 service charge. All rates are subject to
state and local taxes.
DEPOSITS - FAMILY SUITES
Off season: Two-night minimum stay required and deposit of one night's charge per unit. In season:
For weekly rentals, a deposit of $1,000 per unit is required. All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Some rates may not be available on certain dates, please call for specific information. All rates are based
on double occupancy; up to two children, 16 or under, stay free if no additional bedding is needed. Additional
guests with bedding: $20.00 per night.

HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS
Riviera Beach has its own high speed wireless network and 100 percent of the property is a wireless hotspot.
PRIVATE BEACH
Riviera Beach has its own private beach on the warm waters of Nantucket Sound. The beach is cleaned and
raked routinely, and complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas and toys are available.
INDOOR & OUTDOOR POOLS
The Riviera has a heated indoor pool with Jacuzzi and Cape Cod's wildest outdoor pool: a heated,
zero entry pool with a giant mushroom fountain and spouting teardrops. Lounges and tables w/umbrellas available.
WATER SPORTS
Two of our nearby sister resorts have a wide array of water sports and toys:
Blue Water Resort has banana boat rides, with all ages welcome and room for up to six people per ride.
They also have a water trampoline, paddle boats and boogie boards available for rental.
Red Jacket Beach Resort offers parasailing as well as Jet Ski, hydrobike, paddleboat and kayak rentals right
from the resort.
DINING
The Riviera offers many dining choices. Our restaurant serves a delicious breakfast and lunch, either
inside or outside on our covered patio surrounded by flowers; in the summer we also offer continental
breakfast to go. Lunch is also available at the beachside outdoor grille. There is also seasonal food
and beverage service on the beach and at the outdoor pool. Also, join us for our summer Monday Night Barbeque
from 5:00-7:00 in July and August for a delicious outdoor meal prepared by Chef Claude.
Enjoy ocean views and a cocktail or frozen drink in the second-floor Lookout Lounge. Or, order from the lounge
and have your beverage delivered to your pool or beach spot.
HANDICAP ACCESS
Our private beach may be accessed, if wheelchair allows, via the oceanfront area next to room 160. We offer bars in showers, stool in shower (upon request), raised commode seat, Visual Alarm, TDD and closed-captioned television, at no additional charge. Indoor & outdoor pool decks are wheelchair accessible and ramps are near room entrances. Just let our reservation agents know your requirements.
ENTERTAINMENT
The resort has a number of on-site activities throughout the summer season for kids and families.

LAUNDRY
Our sister property next door at Blue Water has laundry facilities available.
PETS
The resort does not allow pets, but two of our nearby sister properties, Blue Water Resort and
Blue Rock Golf Resort, welcome four-footed guests to rooms selected especially for their creature
comforts. A nightly fee applies, with a maximum per room of two dogs, any size. Pet amenities include
food and water bowls, bed and blanket, cleanup bags, and a dog treat and welcome letter upon arrival.

The resort has baseball hats, sweatshirts and T-shirts available for sale in adult and child sizes. Just ask at the front desk, or you may purchase online at the Red Jacket Store.

during your stay.
