No matter the season, our year-round resort is the perfect place for enjoying breathtaking scenery, deluxe accommodations, outstanding cuisine and gracious service. Seven meeting rooms range from 700 to 5,300 square feet and can be configured to your specifications including classroom-style, reception, conference, U-shape and banquet. Meeting spaces accommodate up to 400 guests and feature complete food & beverage service, outstanding views, a full array of A/V equipment and high-speed wireless Internet.

Accommodations
148 guest rooms and 12 spacious two-bedroom townhomes offer a variety of accommodations. Garden View Rooms overlook our award-winning gardens and outdoor pool. Mountain View Rooms overlook the Moat Mountain Range, White Horse and Cathedral Ledges and the Saco River Valley.
The Mountain View also features deluxe guest rooms with private, in-room Jacuzzi, and family loft and alcove rooms for larger parties. Each townhome has its own private deck overlooking the adjacent nature trails and offers a serene setting. All 12 newly renovated townhomes feature two bedrooms (single queen bed in one bedroom, and a double and twin bed in the second), two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area and a full kitchen. Dining
The Red Jacket is well-known for festive events, live entertainment and outstanding dining with great views of the surrounding mountains.
Champney's Restaurant serves signature New England cuisine with a continental flair. For holidays and during the summer, Champney's is also open daily for breakfast and brunch on Sunday. Every Saturday night chef James Merrick and his culinary team offer an all-you-can-eat prime rib buffet or you may select from the menu.
For more casual dining, Palmer's Red Ridge Grille offers a mix of lighter fare and chef Boucher's award-winning specialties along with your favorite beverages. With live entertainment on weekends, Palmer's is the perfect gathering spot. In the summer, we also offer our popular poolside BBQ and family cookouts.
The Mountain View's poolside bar is open from the end of June through the beginning of October serving a wide variety of beverages and selections from our regular menu.
