Check In
Check in time is 3 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m. Staff are available 24 hours for late check in.
Deposit/Cancellations
An advance deposit equal to the first night‘s room and tax is required to guarantee all reservations. For payment of the advance deposit, we accept major credit cards or with sufficient time for mailing, a personal check. A refund of the advance deposit, less a $25 service charge, will be issued for all cancellations made up to 10 days prior to the date of arrival. Forfeiture of the advance deposit will result for all cancellations made less than 10 days from the date of arrival. All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
Additional Guests
Cots:$20 per day Cribs: $10 per stay for a Porta Crib (similar to Pack-n-Play).
High-speed Internet Access
Red Jacket Mountain View has its own high-speed wireless network and 100 percent of the property (including townhouses) is a wireless hotspot.
Handicap Access
The Mountain View has a handicap-accessible entrance and two rooms with queen beds as well as a wheelchair on property and elevator service to all floors.
Pets
Bring your furry friend along on your next vacation or weekend getaway - we welcome four-footed guests to several rooms selected especially for their creature comforts. Prior arrangements must be made before you bring your pet, and a nightly fee of $35 (plus tax) applies. For more information visit our pet-friendly page.
Use of our Other North Conway Resort
As a guest at our resort, you are invited to use the facilities at our nearby sister resort, Fox Ridge, during your stay.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or public interior areas.

FROM BOSTON, MA
Via I-95
Take Interstate 95 North to exit 4 (left side exit) in Portsmouth, NH, which is the Spaulding Turnpike/Route 16 North exit. Continue traveling for approximately 75 miles on Route 16 North to the town of Conway. At the third stop light in Conway, take a left -- as Route 16 continues in this direction to North Conway. Continue for 4.5 miles on Route 16 North. Mountain View is a half mile down, also on the right.
Via I-93
Take Interstate 93 North into New Hampshire through Manchester and Concord. Thirty miles north of Concord, take exit 23 and exit right onto Route 104 East. You will see signs for the Mount Washington Valley. Follow Route 104 for 8 miles until it ends at a set of lights. At the light turn left and follow one mile (the Lake will be on your right) until Route 25. Bear right onto Route 25 East and follow for 23 miles until you reach Route 16. Take a left onto Route 16 North and proceed for 16 miles into the town of Conway. At the third stop light in Conway, take a left -- as Route 16 continues in this direction to North Conway. Continue for 4.5 miles on Route 16 North. Mountain View is a half mile down, also on the right.
FROM PORTLAND, ME
Take Route 302 West to Route 16 North. Continue for approximately 2 miles on Route 16 North. Mountain View is a half mile down, also on the right.
FROM NEW YORK CITY
Take Interstate 95 North to Interstate 91 North to Interstate 84 East to Interstate 90 East (Massachusetts Turnpike). Take 90 East to Interstate 495 North to Interstate 95 North. Take Interstate 95 North to the Spaulding Turnpike/Route 16 North. From Portsmouth, travel approximately 80 miles on Route 16 to North Conway. Continue for about 5 miles on Route 16 North. Mountain View is a half mile down, also on the right.
