With two rooms and a door between the two, you may sleep twice as long! Family rooms offer a main room with two queen beds, two TVs and an alcove with additional beds, with a pocket door separating both rooms.
Jacuzzi Rooms
For those romantic getaways, Red Jacket Beach offers deluxe Jacuzzi rooms with all of the amenities of our traditional guest rooms, plus a king bed and private, in-room Jacuzzi for two. Add some special touches such as flowers, chocolate or champagne to enhance your stay.
Ocean View Master Suite
The Master Suite features a king bed with a private balcony, a connecting living room with a sofa, chairs, TV/DVD, and 1.5 baths. The Master Suite also connects to an additional bedroom with two twin beds.

Three-Bedroom Townhouses
The four, three-bedroom townhouses offer beautiful ocean views and convenient amenities. Each has a master bedroom with a king bed, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two twin beds, two full baths, kitchen and living room.
Three-Bedroom (Master w/King)
These ranch-style accommodations have one king-bedded master bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two baths and full kitchen and living room.
Three-Bedroom (Master w/ Double)
These cottages have one double-bed master bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and one bath. Located near a large grassy play area for children.
Ranch House
Three bedrooms and 1.5 baths, along with generous living and dining areas. Double sliders open to an extra large patio. Located on a quiet corner of our grounds. Guests can enjoy a private fenced back yard for cookouts and lawn games.
Saltbox House
A two-story design with first floor master bedroom and bath, and two second floor bedrooms with bath. Located on Parker's River, it offers pleasant accommodations and a panoramic view of sunsets over Yarmouth's Great Marsh.
Three-Bedroom Riverside
Spectacular sunsets over the river can be seen from the deck of our three-bedroom riverside home. This home sleeps 12 and has three bedrooms, three full baths (one with a Jacuzzi tub), four TVs, DVD players, private deck, in-house laundry facilities, and the best view in town overlooking Parker's River and Nantucket Sound.
Three-Bedroom Oceanfront
As close to the ocean as you can get! Double sliders open to a sun deck that's directly on the water. This is a spacious two-bath unit with one king, one double, and two twin bedrooms. Decorated with comfortable furnishings and cathedral ceilings -- boasting a spectacular 180-degree view of Nantucket Sound.
Four-Bedroom Contemporary Ranches
Offers extra-large living areas. These houses are beautifully decorated and perfect for large groups or two families traveling together. Offering one king, one double and two twin bedrooms. Private decks with barbecue grills add to your enjoyment.
