DEPOSITS
Stays of 6 days or fewer: one night's room plus tax. Stays of 7 days or longer: 50% deposit of the total stay, with balance due on arrival. All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
We accept Master Card and Visa, checks, cash and traveler's checks.
CANCELLATIONS
Daily rentals: 10 days' notice plus a $25 cancellation fee. Weekly rentals: Refunds will be made in full, less a $25 cancellation fee, only when accommodations are rebooked.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Room rates are based on 1-4 people per room.
Cots:$10 per day Pack-n-Play Cribs: $10 per stay.

Green Harbor has its own high speed wireless network and 100 percent of the main property is a wireless hotspot
PRIVATE BEACH
Green harbor is located on the calm ocean waters of Lewis Bay, and all of our guests have full use of our
private beach. The water is warm and calm, with no surf, seaweed or large rocks. Mondays in season a naturalist
from the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History leads a hands-on beach exploration walk both kids and adults will
enjoy. The resort does not have beach toys or fishing poles, so be sure to bring your own.
The beach has a great tidal pool for collecting sea creatures. A beach cabana with chairs is located at the
beach entrance; this offers a shaded area and is handicap-accessible.
Fishing and crabbing is allowed from the beach and jetties; no fishing license is required. Personal watercraft
such as kayaks, jet-skis and sail boats may be used with permission from the front desk.
BOAT MOORING & LAUNCHING
Two moorings for boats up to 21 feet are available at no additional charge, and on-site trailer parking is
available. These moorings MUST be assigned through the Green Harbor front office when you make your
reservation. Boats too large to be beach-launched may not be launched at the resort, but public boat ramps
are nearby in Lewis Bay. Contact front desk for directions.
POOL
Beach chairs, lounges and several umbrella tables are provided. There is no lifeguard at the beach or pool
(pool hours are daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., temperature is 85 degrees and depth ranges from 3-14 ft).
Towels are not available at the pool, though extra room towels are available through the front desk. Small
floats and noodles are permitted, but the resort does not provide pool toys, life jackets, or swimmies.
WATER SPORTS
Two of our nearby sister resorts have a wide array of water sports and toys.
Blue Water Resort has banana boat rides, with all ages welcome and room for up to six people per ride. They also have a water trampoline, paddle boats and boogie boards available for rental.
Red Jacket Beach Resort offers parasailing as well as Jet Ski, hydrobike, paddleboat and kayak rentals right from the resort.
FULL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT
All full kitchens include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster and dishwasher.
Blenders available at front desk. All accommodations have 12-cup coffee makers and filters.
KITCHENETTE EQUIPMENT
Kitchenettes include a two-burner stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, compact refrigerator,
pots/pans and table service for four. All units have 12-cup coffee makers and filters.
COOKING EQUIPMENT
Rooms are equipped with a set of pans, frying pan, cutting board, cookie sheet, baking pan,
mixing bowls, colander, cooking utensils and tea kettle, as well as dishes, glassware, serving dishes,
dish detergent, paper towels, dish towels, coffee filters and potholders. Large pots and lobster
crackers are available at the front office for cooking lobsters, corn and steamers.
GRILLS
All units have either large or small Weber charcoal grills.
HANDICAP ACCESS
We offer our handicapped guests several options to make their stay more enjoyable, including handicap
accessible bathrooms that have a raised toilet, tub grab bars, a hand-held shower and a built in shower
seat. Showers are not the "wheel in" type. Handicap-accessible suites feature a ramp to an extra wide
entry door. Accessible kitchens have a stove top, sink and counters designed for wheel chair access.
Reserved parking also available. Please let our reservation agents know your requirements.
DINING
Green Harbor does not have a restaurant, but there are many fine restaurants nearby.
ENTERTAINMENT
The resort has a number of on-site activities throughout the summer season for kids and families.

PETS
Bring your furry friend along on your next vacation or weekend getaway – pets are welcome May-June and September-October to several rooms
selected especially for their creature comforts. Arrangements for pets must be made before your stay - please call the Green Harbor front desk (800-547-4733) prior to arrival.
A nightly fee applies, with a maximum per room of two dogs, any size. Pet amenities include food and water bowls, bed and

A full service spa offering a complete range of treatments is located nearby at our sister resort, Red Jacket Beach.

KIDS' PROGRAM
Children are supervised by trained counselors and may participate in one or all of the activities Monday through Friday. Lawn games, golf, arts and crafts, and T-shirt decorating are part of the daily program.
On Mondays we have a beach exploration walk. Green Harbor also has mini golf, rowboats and canoes, a playground,
swings, basketball, shuffleboard, a beautiful outdoor pool and our own private beach. In addition, Green Harbor
guests may use the facilities and amenities at any of our four other nearby resorts. More information
SWINGS & PLAYGROUND
Children will enjoy the playground, swing set and beach cave tunnel located on our private beach.
DO I NEED TO BRING _________ FOR MY CHILDREN?
We have children's bikes and helmets, adult bikes with attached baby seats and bikes with training wheels.
We also have high chairs, booster chairs and bed rails. New, full size and smaller Pack 'n Play cribs are available
for $10 per stay (please reserve the crib when booking reservation). All cribs have twin flat sheets and blankets.
Guests may bring their own linens if they
wish to have fitted sheets on the cribs.
FAX SERVICE
Fax service available during office hours for incoming and outgoing faxes.
$1/page to receive: $3/first page, $1/each additional page to send.
OUTGOING MAIL
Stamps, postcards and mail drop off are available at the front desk.
SUNDRIES
Hairdryers, irons and ironing boards are available in all rooms except some of the Cape Codder cottages;
for those few rooms these items are available from the office. We also have light snacks, sunscreen,
disposable cameras and discount ferry coupons.
LAUNDRY
Laundry facilities are open daily from 8 a.m. until dusk. Soap and change for the machines are available in the front office.
LOST & FOUND
Items left in rooms are usually stored until the end of the season.
RESORT MERCHANDISE
Gift certificates, hats and clothing are available online at the Red Jacket Resorts store.
USE OF OUR OTHER RESORTS
As a guest at our resort, you are invited to use the facilities at any other of our nearby sister resorts during
your stay.
SMOKING
