Cape Codders
Our popular Cape Codder cottages, suites, and townhouses are available for two or three nights, or longer, and comfortably accommodate couples or large families in a home-style setting. These climate-controlled cottage accommodations offer all of the conveniences of home in addition to beautiful water views. All Cape Codders are equipped with TV/DVD, high-speed wireless Internet access, AM/FM radio and direct dial phones. Completely equipped kitchens and kitchenettes include coffee makers and microwaves as well as an outdoor charcoal grill.
Cottages for Two
These feature a large single room with a king bed, full bath and kitchenette; most also include a sleeper sofa.
Cottages for Four
Perfect for small families or groups, cottages have a spacious living room with a pull-down double or queen bed, bathroom, and full kitchen. Some are one bedroom (with one twin and one double bed), while others have two bedrooms (one room with two twins and one with a king-size bed). The two bedroom cottages feature large decks and a spectacular water view, and some have fireplaces in the living rooms.
Cottages for Six
Great for larger families, these have spacious living areas with a double-size sleep sofa, full kitchens, and one or two baths. Some feature two bedrooms (one with two twins and one with a king bed) and others offer three bedrooms (two with twins and one with either a double or king bed). Many have two-story living, fireplaces, private patios, and decks with lovely views.
Villa Townhouses
Newly renovated Villa Townhouses offer outstanding single and double accommodations for families and groups of various sizes. Our townhouses are suited for both couples and families, with individual decks facing the ocean. Each townhouse offers either one- or two-bedroom living quarters.
One-bedroom townhouses feature two queen beds upstairs, a pull-down bed in the living room, one full bath upstairs, and one-half bath downstairs.
Two-bedroom townhouses include two queen beds in each upstairs bedroom, a queen-size pull-down bed in the living room, and two full baths (one upstairs with a tub and shower and one downstairs with shower only).
Each townhouse is equipped with central AC and heat, a full kitchen (refrigerator, range, oven, dishwasher), living room, dining area, private deck, color cable TV/DVD, high-speed wireless Internet access, radio and phone.

Admiralty Suites
These deluxe one- and two-bedroom oceanfront apartments each feature a roomy living/dining/full kitchen arrangement as well as a private porch or balcony overlooking the water.
One-bedroom suites have two queen beds, a double sleep sofa in the living room and one full bath.
Standard two-bedroom suites include two double beds in a large bedroom, two twin beds in a smaller bedroom, a double sleep sofa in the living room, and two full baths.
Deluxe two-bedroom end suites feature two queen beds in a large bedroom, two twin beds in a smaller bedroom, two full baths, and a double sleep sofa in the living room.
Each suite is equipped with central AC and heat, a full kitchen (refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, dish washer), a spacious living and dining area, private porch/patio, color cable TV/DVD, high-speed wireless Internet access, AM/FM radio, and direct dial phone.
