CANCELLATIONS
An advance deposit equal to the first night‘s room is required to guarantee all reservations. For payment of the advance
deposit, we accept major credit cards or with sufficient time for mailing, a personal check. A refund of the advance deposit,
less a $25 service charge, will be issued for all cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. Forfeiture of
the advance deposit will result for all cancellations made less than 48 hours from the date of arrival. All rates are subject to state
and local taxes.

Room rates are based on 1-4 people per room. Each additional person is $10 per night.

INTERNET ACCESS
Fox Ridge has its own high speed wireless network and 100 percent of the hotel is a wireless hotspot.
INDOOR AND OUTDOOR POOLS
Fox Ridge has a large heated indoor pool and whirlpool hot tub. During July and August, the
outdoor pool offers a light poolside lunch with sandwiches, snacks, soda, beer, wine coolers and
refreshing fruit smoothies.
HANDICAPPED ACCESS
We offer our handicapped guests several options to make their stay more enjoyable, including oversized bathrooms with tub/shower. Our indoor pool and much of the resort is wheelchair accessible as well. Please let our reservation agents know your requirements.
ENTERTAINMENT
The resort has a number of on-site activities throughout the summer season for kids and families.

GAME ROOM
Kids and adults will enjoy our game room with arcade favorites as well as a pool table and air hockey. Perfect for some friendly competition. The game room is on the lower level, below the resort lobby.
MINI GOLF
Our complimentary nine hole mini golf course is lighted for play until 10 pm.
KIDS PROGRAM
Fox Ridge's popular Kid's Night Out program is hosted three evenings per week through last week of August at the resort and includes dinner and supervised activities for a small additional fee. Best for children ages 4-12.
LAUNDRY
Coin-operated laundry facilities are available at the resort.
PETS
Fox Ridge does not allow pets, but our nearby sister property, Red Jacket Mountain View, welcomes
four-footed guests to rooms selected especially for their creature comforts. A nightly fee applies,
with a maximum per room of two dogs, any size. Pet amenities include food and water bowls, bed and
blanket, cleanup bags, and a dog treat and welcome letter upon arrival. More information
RESORT MERCHANDISE
The resort has baseball hats, sweatshirts and T-shirts available for sale in adult and child sizes. Just ask at the front desk, or you may purchase online at the Red Jacket Store.
USE OF OTHER RED JACKET RESORTS
As a guest at our resort, you are invited to use the facilities at our nearby sister resort,
Red Jacket Mountain View, during your stay.
