Deposit/Cancellations - Guest Rooms
Deposit: reservations require a deposit equal to the first night’s room rate.
Cancellations: Guest room cancellations made ten days or more prior to arrival are subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within ten days of arrival, forfeit deposit. Standard cancellation policy does not apply to full pre-pay, non-refundable advance purchase rate plans.
Deposit/Cancellations - Two Bedroom Suite
Deposit: For reservations for 1-3 nights, the first night’s deposit is due at time of reservation. For reservations for 4 or more nights, a 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. Full balance is due May 15. For reservations booked after May 15 for the same arrival year, 100% of the balance is due at time of booking.
Cancellations: For reservations for 1-3 nights, cancellations made ten days or more days prior to arrival are subject to a $25 fee. Cancellations within ten days of arrival forfeit the deposit. For reservations for 4 or more nights, refunds are based on resale of the unit.
All public areas and rooms have wireless Internet access.
We offer disabled guests several options to make their stay more enjoyable, including first floor rooms, access ramps, grab bars and stools in showers, Visual Alarm, TDD phone equipment and raised commode seating. Just let our reservation agents know your requirements.
What Does the Resort Fee Cover?
A $20 daily resort fee is added per room (not per person) from June 26 – August 31, and during school vacation weeks. This fee includes activity programs; bonfires; pool and beach towels, chairs and umbrellas; wireless Internet; weekend entertainment; Kids’ Club activities; beach parties; movie nights and Xbox tournaments; local calls and incoming faxes; 10% discount at Blue Rock Golf Course from 12 – 2 p.m.; 10% discount off water sports before 11 a.m.; daily coffee in the lobby; resort reciprocity.
Resort fee is subject to tax. Some activities are subject to change or may have a small additional fee to cover the cost of materials.
During the high season (the end of June through the end of August) parking at the resort is limited. Guests with reservations in a standard guest room, family room or suite are provided one parking space per unit. Guests with reservations in a cottage or longer-term rental are provided with two parking spaces per unit. Arrangements should be made in advance for over-sized vehicles such as boat trailers.
