Check In
Check in time is 3 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m. (10 a.m. for suites).
Additional Guests
Cots:$20 per day Cribs: $10 per stay for a Portacrib (similar to Pack-n-Play).
Deposits andCancellations
Daily rooms: Refund will be made when cancellation notice is given 10 days prior to arrival, less a $25 administration fee.
Family units: Weekly rentals made prior to February 1: $1,000 deposit due at the time of reservation. After February 1: 50% of full, non-refundable rental fee, with remaining 50% due upon arrival.
Shoulder season: A deposit of one night's charge per unit is required, with the balance due upon arrival. Refund will be made when cancellation notice is given 10 days prior to arrival less $25 administration fee.
High-speed Wireless Internet
All public areas and rooms have high-speed wireless Internet access.
Handicapped Access
We offer our handicapped guests several options to make your stay more enjoyable, including first floor rooms, access ramps, grab bars and stools in showers, Visual AlarmTM, TDD phone equipment and raised commode seating. Just let our reservation agents know your requirements.
Pets
Bring your furry friend along on your next vacation or weekend getaway! We welcome four-footed guests to rooms selected especially for their creature comforts. A nightly fee of $35 (plus tax) applies. For more information visit our pet-friendly page.

As a guest at our resort, you are invited to use the facilities at any other of our nearby sister resorts during your stay.

Take Exit 8 off the Mid Cape Highway (Route 6). Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. Follow this road for 2 miles -- to the traffic lights at the intersection with Rte. 28. Proceed straight through the lights, continuing 1.1 miles to South Street. Turn left onto South Street. The Blue Water will be 1 mile ahead, on the oceanfront to your left.
