Red Jacket Resorts is a family-owned company with deep roots in the Cape Cod and North Conway areas. Many employees at our New England hotels volunteer within the community, and company contributions are made annually to support youth and social services, conservation trusts, and cultural associations. Our parent company, The Davenport Companies, has a longstanding tradition of providing scholarships to students in both the Cape Cod and North Conway communities.

A Family of New England Beach and Mountain Resorts
Red Jacket Resorts began in 1965, when Davenport Realty Trust of South Yarmouth, MA, built Blue Rock Golf Resort next to Blue Rock Golf Course in South Yarmouth. In the late 1960s, the company built its first New England beach hotel, Red Jacket Beach Resort. Construction of the Red Jacket Mountain View in North Conway, NH, followed shortly thereafter. Green Harbor Resort in Yarmouth was purchased in 1972. Red Jacket Resorts grew to include the neighboring Blue Water and Riviera Beach resorts in 1973 and 1974, and North Conway's Fox Ridge Resort joined the family in 1979. Blue Water Resort's Edge of the Sea cottages were acquired in 1995.
The seven resorts offer more than 655 rooms and 90 cottages or other family accommodations:
- Green Harbor Resort: 50 suites, private townhouses and homes, private beach, pool, mini golf.
- Blue Water Resort: 97 rooms, 16 cottages and suites, private beach, indoor/outdoor pools, whirlpool, dining room, lounge, putting green, meeting rooms.
- Riviera Beach Resort: 125 rooms, including family suites and oceanfront efficiencies, private beach, dining room, lounge, indoor and outdoor pools.
- Red Jacket Beach Resort & Spa: 150 rooms, with 14 suites and homes, full-service spa, private beach, indoor and outdoor pools, dining room, lounge.
- Blue Rock Resort & Golf Course: 44 rooms, dining room, tennis court, meeting room, outdoor pool, championship par-three golf course.
- Red Jacket Mountain View Resort: 158 rooms and two-bedroom suites, outdoor pool, dining room, lounge, meeting rooms. Kahuna Laguna, our 40,000 square foot indoor water park, is attached to the resort.
- Fox Ridge Resort: 136 rooms, tennis court, indoor and outdoor pools, dining room, mini golf.

Charitable Donation Requests
Red Jacket Resorts actively participates in many charitable causes. Due to the number of requests we receive we must limit donations to those regions near our resorts (the mid-Cape area and North Conway, NH).
